The programme concept

Pronunciation classes: it’s your starting point!

Your teacher will carry out a diagnosis and tailor her classes to make it useful and effective for you.
Your teacher will guide you and offer you tailor-made support so that you can really improve your pronunciation.
You’ll practise in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and gain confidence in speaking.

L’Atelier (workshop):

This is a semi-autonomous session for practicing your spoken French.
You put into practice what you learn in the pronunciation course!
Each week, you receive an email with the Workshop sheet, the topic and the questions. The subject is different every week.
At the start of the Workshop, the teacher will set up small groups. She then visits your group regularly and answers all your questions (vocabulary, pronunciation, sentence structure, etc.).
You improve your pronunciation in context.

Le Café du français:

Keeping motivated? Then, at the weekend you can connect on Zoom for a virtual coffee (or tea) with other members of l’Académie. 15 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, it’s flexible!
You’re free to talk about the subjects of your choice, just like in real life.

These 3 formats complement each other and the programme adapts to your pace!
Your conversation class is your base, and participation in l’Atelier (workshop) and Café is free.
And of course, the more you participate, the faster you progress.

How does it work?

The classes are 100% online on Zoom.

Each session lasts 1 month (4 weeks).
By the end of your session, you can choose to re-enrol at the beginning of the next session.

During the personalised meeting with Madame à Paname (15 minutes on Zoom), we use the SMART method to define :

your goals
the steps you need to take to achieve it
the time you need to reach this result

For each lesson, you have access to :

the video replay (useful if you’re absent, for example)
all the documents and resources used in class
the notes for each lesson
l’Académie community on Discord
